The food at Chicago Grill is excellent—great quality and packed with flavor. The portion sizes are huge for the price, especially compared to other places in Norbury. Definitely great value for money! The only downside for me was the milkshakes, but everything else more than made up for it. What truly sets this place apart is how much they adhere to a proper halal environment. I’ve never heard any music playing, and from what I’ve noticed, there’s no unnecessary mixing amongst staff—only men working. It’s a refreshing experience, and I genuinely loved it. May ﷲ سبحانه وتعالى reward the owners and put barakah in their business. Always happy to support Muslim-owned establishments that stay true to halal principles. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

One small thing I noticed: when paying by card, there didn’t seem to be an option to leave a tip. My family in London, who regularly visits your restaurant, mentioned the same. Since most people pay digitally these days, this could be a missed chance to reward your great team. I work in the POS industry, so I simply wanted to introduce myself and share this feedback. Excellent taste of Chicago, having travelled to America I was looking for something which reminded me of Chicago and Chicago Grill didn’t disappoint. I ordered the Chicago Tower burger (huge burger be warned) which has 2 6ox beef patties and one piece of chicken breast (chicken was a bit red and could have done with a bit more cooking on the grill 4/5, big mama chicken burger 5/5 and grilled wings 5/5
My family and I order from Chicago Grill all the time because the food is so good :) Portions are big, ingredients are fresh, quick delivery if local, and you get good value for the price when they run their promo deals on certain items. The staff are also great too, one time even helping correct my order even though it was my mistake! Definitely a community gem
We visited Chicago grill and as a family we all loved our food. We ordered the steak sub and flaming bull burgers. Exceptional taste and very fresh. The garlic mayo is a special mention and highly recommended, which they provide on house. Excellent experience and highly recommended
Went with family. Ordered the grilled chicken which has a very nice spicy. Could’ve been more tender though. The steak and chips was very nice. The best had to be their burgers with turkey rashers. Food was piping hot and huge portions. Will definitely go back.
